YOGA INSTRUCTION >>

TtT’s frequent classes and individual instruction – from TtT’s Instructor– encompass asanas (poses), pranayama, relaxation and meditation – focusing on your level and on what your body and mind need. Even if yoga is new to you, you will become stronger, work intensely on your fitness and body shape; on toning, strengthening, stretching and reaching your limits and physical goals – no matter what your current level, you will progress and deepen your practice.

PERSONAL NUTRITION >>

Experience the power of living, and being, healthy. Learn how to ‘age gracefully’ and achieve balance within your diet and health regime.  TtT’s Nutritionist will work with you throughout the program to develop and implement your personal nutrition plan, teaching you how to put love into cooking, how to eat more healthily and to successfully plan and live the healthy life you envision.

LIFE AND CAREER COACH >>

Clarify your goals and aspirations. Develop solutions and pathways to understand your current circumstances – together you and TtT’s Coach will develop your individual plan and the path to forward movement eventually, achieving your goals (personal and professional).  We will work on your specific situations – from dissatisfaction in work, unfulfilling relationships, burdensome stresses, and general unhappiness… You name it, and we will work with it and through it.
